No more rice liquid boiling over because the stove has a supper low setting perfect fo rice. The stove is very easy to clean too. By far my favorite stove ever.

My wife and I looked at so many cooktops our heads were spinning. At the end of the day, this cooktop won hands down. It looks great, it's sturdy, the knobs aren't cheap plastic that would melt easily, there is plenty of space for all five burners, and all that for a decent price. The only problem was the front of the cooktop by the knobs had several small scratches out of the box. They are small and if I was really picky I would've sent it back. However, my concern is more regarding how easily the surface may scratch. Although, I do believe all stainless steel surfaces would present similar problems.

Extremely happy with the purchase. To get a great brand name like Viking for similar prices to the same cooktops as the home stores is great. Thanks to Viking for making this line and including a 5 burner cooktop in the 30" model!!
