Oven came with the new house we purchased last October. It has now sat locked for a couple of weeks while Whirlpool tries to find a fourth part. It quit working when we used, for he first time, the self-cleaning feature (light version; hate to see would happen on a heavier setting). The timer has never worked and the oven is consistently 25 to 50 degrees above the requested setting. Rather than replace it, Whirlpool wants to spend well over $400 to fix it. It is also the first oven we have had that blows hot air out the bottom front into the kitchen while cooking and for at least a half hour afterwards. Not a good thing in Texas.

Whirlpool makes the best appliances, and this model has all the features I need: stylish and easy-clean exterior, self-cleaning interior, and spot-on temperature control. When purchased from a competitive seller with a top reputation and solid warranty plan, the Whirlpool RBS305 is perfectly suited to my needs.

Tacky seams on the top of oven are obvious and should have been placed somewhere else. Appears cheaply made. Didn't work properly right off the bat, already had to have it serviced and order new touch key panel. Only worked properly once in the month we've had it. Thank goodness it's still under warrenty!
