Rated 4 out of 5 by Much better than my last. The The power of the burners are excellent and I love the way the grates hold the heat and project the heat to the pots. The open burners give me a little more work to clean apposed to the sealed burner system. Don't mind the little extra work given the performance of the cook-top. You must watch you cooking while you get used to this cook-top. 10/3/12
