Rated 3 out of 5 The bottom freezer is a door, not drawer
I did not realize that the bottom freezer is a door that opens to the side (like the fridge) and then there are two drawers that slide out. It's bulky and not nearly as simple and easy as the freezer drawer. I made a mistake when ordering and didn't want to pay the 30% restocking fee so I'm stuck with it.
Overall, it works well.

Have had for 7 years with no problems. Fit into our small kitchen with room to spare and have no trouble hosting a dinner for 14.

It was the ONLY fridge that would fit in the space of our old one. So that was good.
Interior is a bit flimsy. Not sure if the shelves and especially the door shelves will hold basic weight of condiments.
Yet to see.

DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR!!! c We purchased the product in 6 months ago and immediately had to have service as the compressor in the freezer rattled whenever it came on. A few months later, several of the door pockets cracked and began to break - these thankfully were also covered by the service plan (which was a pleasant surprise).We've had 6 service calls and have had the circult board, compressor, compressor fan, thermosistor and more replaced. We were without a fridge for 6 weeks. The fridge temp is -12. So, guess we'll just unplug it for part of the day until we can get a new one.
Do yourself a BIG favor and stay very far away from the this fridge. We will not be buying a Samsung as a replacement.
