We replaced an old stove (that still worked fine, but was starting to rust through the cooktop) with this piece of garbage. While we replaced a 20" range with what is supposedly a 20" range, the inside capacity of the over is much smaller. You can't fit a half size cookie sheet in the oven! The most it fits is a Jelly Roll pan that is 13" x 18 and that touches the door! In addition the oven takes forever to heat up and doesn't keep its temperature. I bought an oven thermometer and with in 10 minutes the oven that I preheated for an hour at 475, went from 425 to 500 degrees. The complaints on this over can keep coming! Please do yourself a favor buy another range if you like to cook at all!

Twenty inch model perfect for a studio apt. Appliance looks good...have yet to install.
