Rated 1 out of 5 by Sharp R820 Convection Microwave For me this microwave has no redeeming qualities other than it looks good. When set on popcorn, it never popped. I had to set it for 5 minutes or longer to pop any. It does not defrost evenly. My old inexpensive microwave out performed this one. And it died in less than 2 years. Of course, I may have just gotten a lemon. This sometimes happens. Everything that comes off the assembly line is not perfect. 6/24/10
Rated 4 out of 5 by great value Only had a short month but heavy use for the Thanksgiving meal. The convection oven quickly preheated, however the outside of the unit seemed very hot. Microwave is good with many different temperatures. 12/9/09
Rated 4 out of 5 by my microwave I purchased this microwave to fit into a space that is smaller due to my kitchen remodel. I have been pleasantly surprised because not only does it fit but it is a better microwave than the one I had had before. It does convection cooking and grilling so has more uses than a microw-only oven. I still haven't gotten it installed but am using it downstairs in my make shift kitchen. I know I will enjoy this little oven when I can finally get back into my kitchen.[...]Cher 5/16/08
