Have owned the Rolh R77 in satin nickel since 2006. The finish on the product is outstanding which looks the same when we bought it many years ago. Purchased the faucet because of the quality build, finish, and strength of pull-out system. Five years after purchasing the product, the faucet did spring a small leak and it took one phone call to Rohl's customer service to have required part next day shipped to our home on Rohl's dime. I originally purchased the faucet because of the quality of workmanship and lifetime warranty. My experience with Rohl has been exceptional and we plan to use all Rohl products in our new construction.

I built a new home in 2008 and picked this kithchen faucet which is very nice looking and functional. At the end of 2010 I began to experience probems with the unit - does not rotate and it is frozen at its base. Just spoke to manufacturer and they are telling me that there is nothing wrong with the product itself. I love the way it looks and operates, but I am disappointed with the durability and response from the company. For the price and durability, would recommend looking elsewhere.
