We replaced our old Sharp that was 1200 watt. This unit has 1100 watt, we noticed the difference after initial use. It does perform well and has all the new buttons to facilitate its use without need for thinking. We could have purchased this unit from another source a little cheaper but we chose to pay more and deal with AJ Madison.
As to AJ Madison service, they are number one in my book. Easy to contact, good service, timely response to your needs and prompt delivery. It is refreshing to find this type of service. We will continue purchasing our needs through them."

looks cool/sleek, tho opening the door to adjust controls takes getting used to
problem is, after 5 months and VERY LIMITED use (this is in a country cottage and we have been away alot), it is not heating anything. It appears to function ok but things are quite tepid after Minutes.

I first shopped with a local retailer had ordered the same unit paid more but they were unable to fill the order. To my great surprise and luck I went to AJ Madsen and found the exact unit, a better buy and it was delivered to my home. Exactly what I wanted. This unit is quality built, had all the features I wanted and easy to use.
