Rated 5 out of 5 Love this microwave. The last Sharp latest 17 years. Let's hope this one goes as strong. UPS lost the first shipment of this microwave. It didn't show up for 10 days. AJ Madison immediately sent another and it was here in 3 days - GREAT SERVICE!! 1/10/11
Rated 2 out of 5 by Price is Right One week old. Not well insulated; cheaply put together; tiney and on the noisy side. Take care with the touch pad ... a heavy handed person will punch holes in it very soon if not careful. On the positive side it does the job and the price is right. Suggestion ... If you can, spend a few dollars more and get a more substantial microwave. 11/4/09
