Rated 4 out of 5 by Good but disappointing I was replacing an older version of the same microwave. This newer version cooks extremely well and is easy to use. However, it is cheaply made. The metal is soft and during installation (which was professionally installed) the weight of the oven pulled it down through the screws. Installer had to be inventive to hang it so it wouldn't fall down on my glass top range. Even when you close the door you can hear that it is tinny. 2/4/12

Rated 5 out of 5 by replacement microwave I had a problem as there was a wall directly to the left of the Sharp that I was replacing and there was no other Co. that built a unit where the door would open without hitting the wall. This unit has a door that is hinged approx 1.5 " in from the left making it a perfect fit. We also noticed that we were replacing a simple microwave with a microwave/ Oven unit. I have noticed that people looking at our home have remarked about the unit. It was delivered in great shape with not problems. Thank You for a wonderful product! 4/1/11
