I am VERY disappointed with Broan!
I buy Broan whenever I can because of the reliability…
I purchased one of these units six or seven years ago. Now, because the fan stopped working I’m told that I need to have the control board replaced!!! The part costs $150.00 then I have to hire someone to install it!!!
Don’t turn your kitchen into a Broan test kitchen!! I have read reviews that indicate that this is a common problem with this unit.
Broan should offer to at least supply the new part free!! Obviously, this is a case of faulty equipment. This range hood should last at least ten to fifteen years of more!

Purchase was easy and shipped quick. Install was simple. Just follow directions. Lighting is good, but the bulbs are expensive ( Purchase seperatly). Simple to use and fan suction is good.
