Rated 1 out of 5 Mine Lasted 2 years
While it was working it was great but after just less then 2 years the shaft connecting the agitator to the transmission broke. $335 for the part, $400 miscellaneous parts and labor to fix it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cindy Broke 2 weeks after 1 yr warranty
There is only my husband and I left at home bought a new profile washer and dryer. Mechanical housing assembly broke 2 weeks after warranty. I would not recommend this washer for a person looking for a good long lasting appliance. GE would not help us out. 339. for part 80. tocome out then whatever they would charge for labor and would not give me a price on the phone. I have to pay for them to come out with the price of labor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by marco Worlds Finest Washer
I had a front loader and was very Disappointed with it as it takes alot longer to wash cloths and you have to keep the inside of the door clean. I did alot of research before getting the harmony but it has been the best purchase I have made and the cloths come out very clean. You do have to use higher water pressure as the agitator is gone and it uses the water pressure to clean cloths. The person that gave this a bad rating probably didnt have the water pressure high enough. I will never go back to a front loader. Also this tells the dryer how long to dry the cloths so you are not using extra time to run up your energy bill.
