We got this warming drawer when replacing our double wall ovens with a microwave/oven combination. We had two problems that this product solved: we had extra space in the cabinet cut out from the double ovens that the microwave/oven combo did not fill, and we were losing the convenience of a second oven. The warming drawer does its job simply and effectively. We don't miss our second oven since it was used mostly for keep food warm anyway. The drawer installed easily (standard electrical plug) and looks great. Controls are simple. The price of these warming drawers (all models and brands) seem high for what you get, however. This makes me rate the value a bit lower. For our situation, it has been a perfect solution.
