This oven is amazing. It cooks evenly and works great. The probe is awesome. I set the temp, put in the probe and my roasts come out perfrct.

I am so disappointed! I have looked forward to having this oven in my kitchen for over a year. My husband actually surprised me with it and started to install it himself.
However, in the process, we realized that it does not work with gas stove tops, which we have. This fact is ONLY written in small print on one of the installation pages. There is NO explanation as to why gas tops are not compatible.
And now, as I look at this site to see what we missed, I am FLOORED that this fact is not included in the specifications of the product.
If this IMPORTANT qualification had been explained on the website, we could have chosen an oven that is actually compatible with our existing stovetop.
What a disappointing waste of our time and money!

First, great price and great service once again from AJ Madison. This is our third appliance purchase from them. Their price creams any local retailers.
This oven is the perfect solution for people who have a 1-oven-sized cabinet and want to have dual oven capability. Our only negative on the oven is a minor one and that is that the oven fan runs all the time the oven is on (as other reviewers have noted). But the noise is not really loud or offensive; we'd just rather that the oven was silent. Can fit a turkey easily in the lower oven, so size is no problem. We've had the oven abut 2 months. Only problem is it sounds like something small has come loose in the upper oven door, so we'll be calling GE about that.

Have had the oven for only a month, but so far has performed perfectly. We love the dual oven arrangement as it allows us to cook in "double time," and when we only need one oven, we're using a smaller space, which is more economical and heats much faster! We'll see how it's doing five years from now:)
