Fridge is great and fits right in to the spot where are previous built in oversized fridge was with no gaps. GE thankfully hasn't changed their dimensions in quite a few decades. AJ Madison really pulled through for us. 1 week before Christmas and the fridge broke, called them on a Wednesday and fridge delivered on Thursday. Fridge balanced and working well. All is well!

I've had this refrigerator for about a month and have a very positive impression so far. Before this refrigerator, I had a premium brand 48 inch unit that I had serviced constantly over the 2.5 years I owned it. I finally was able to return the unit and get a refund, and after much research I chose a GE profile. The GE profile unit runs beautifully, keeps a contant temperature, makes ice quickly and has good space usage. I highly recommend.

After a bad experience at a local appliance store (they were dishonest about a floor model I purchased so it went back) I researched prices online and locally and found that I could buy a new fridge from AJ Madison for the same price as the floor model. I did lose sleep for a couple of nights after reading some bad AJ Madison reviews and wondering if this huge fridge could really travel across the country (to Utah) and arrive in one piece. The delivery company called me and made an appointment and they delivered it when promised. There were two guys and they could not get it into the house (it did weigh 600 lbs). My husband got home from work just in time to help them otherwise they may have left it outside which would have been bad. They wheeled it on the dolley all the way to the spot for the fridge. While I filled out the delivery questionaire my husband quickly cut open the box so we could check it out while they were still there. Believe it or not it was perfect, no scratches or dents, what a relief. The fridge itself is great, the doors are a little heavy for the kids but they manage. The door alarm only works if the door is wide open, would be better if it worked at any distance. Very happy with it overall.
