This oven is so fun! It can cook by "sensing." For example, I no longer guess how long to cook the rice or the fresh vegetables. I just key in the information and the oven does the rest!
Plus, it is a space saver since I was able to recapture the counter space that was once occupied by my microwave.

I'm still experimenting with our new Advantium wall oven but I have to say that it definitely reduces cooking time compared to a regular oven. I had a convection oven before and loved it. What I'm having a problem with is the Speed cook feature which actually sold me on the oven. You cannot use aluminum foil under or over your food since it also uses microwave cooking. So you either have to always clean the metal non-stick dish or use a microwave-safe dish for pizza or frozen appetizers. I also don't like switching out the large glass or metal plate depending on how I'm cooking. It was simple when I had GE microwave/convection combo. Aside from the inconvenience, it produces great results in a short amount of time.

My wife and I just love this oven and we haven't even scratched the surface with the speedcook features. Menu system is very comprehensive. We were a little disappointed that the speedcook isn't a little speedier so perhaps the 220v version would be a better choice. Unfortunately we didn't have the power available and I didn't want to run a new circuit. Only installed it a month or so ago so much to experiment with. I thought the ability to put a hotdog in a bun, speedcook them together, and end up with a toasty bun was pretty cool.
