I had a service plan with G.E. and they were all replaced for free when they broke. I really used them all a lot!! This new one has even more features you can cook anything in it as long as it fits(don't worry it big inside)Everthing turns out great! It is a little harder to keep it clean inside but I can cook with out it!! 2/16/11
