Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst purchase ever! We bought this oven in 2004. It was for my dream kitchen. In 2007 the main oven stopped working just before Thanksgiving. We didn't have a holiday dinner. Six months later and over two thousand dollars in repairs we contacted Thermadors executive offices. The only thing they would do for us was sell us another for $5000. Well now less the four years later I am reliving this nightmare. The same problem and when I call their customer service they are no help. Research before you buy. Beware of Thermador! 12/13/12
