The Hood is quality product and the installation instructions was straight forward. With minimum assistance the hood operational within an hour.

Ths fan fit my price point and my cabinet set up.Had I known that the fan was so loud that I can't hear anyone speaking to me while at the range I would have selected a different unit.

I purchased this power module for a custom vent hood I built. Because the price was far below anything else I had compared, I was concerned about performance. Nevertheless, I wasn't interested in bells and whistles. I simply needed a simple unit that could provide lighting, and move air. I decided to give it a shot. As it turns out, it was a solid little unit that does exactly what it was supposed to do. In fact, the high speed fan setting delivers surprisingly more volume of air flow than I anticipated. I have this unit ducted straight up through the roof to outside exhaust. I"m very happy with it.
