This range hood is absolutely useless. It has one fan in the back corner and there is so suction whatsoever over most of the hood. It is always setting off the smoke alarms. I am returning it and getting something completely different. I tried to talk to Frigidaire about the design and they were very unhelpful, not listening to my concerns at all.
Steer clear of this product - you will only want to return it!

The exhaust fan arrived in a funny looking box. Inside was the manufacture's box, which had been opened. The manual was loose, and I don't know if I received all documentation. There were some spot welds on the top of the unit, which was also scratched up, although there are no scratches on the surfaces of the unit that are visible once installed. Need I say more? I have two other Frigidaire 'professional series' appliances that I am very happy with.
