The oven controls are easy to use and the ovens bake very evenly. The lights make checking the food easy. I like the convection oven for baking bisquits, breads and cookies. My only negative comment is that a fan blows all the time, and continues to run to cool the ovens when done. I find this annoying and unnecessary, especially since we have an eat-in kitchen.

I purchased these ovens as a replacement for the same ovens I had bought in 1993. The bottom oven stopped working because of a relay switch. It turned out that GE no longer makes that particular relay switch so since I was having a very large Thanksgiving crowd I needed to replace the old ones. I like the ovens very much; they bake well; look good and are easy to clean. I particularly like the fact that the inside is black and that the baking coil is under the bottom of the oven. Even though I was ticked at GE's marketing ploy to discontinue the availability of the relay switch for the old ones I obviously liked them enough to replace with the same kind.
