This is our first house without gas, so when after we purchased we remodeled the kitchen ditching the 1980's decor/appliances and going with LED lights and energy efficient appliances. My wife likes the induction range even better than cooking with gas! She did have to get rid of some of her pots/pans which were non-magnetic, but ease of cooking, clean, etc.

The ease of use is extremely straight forward. The controls have bright and vivid displays to indicate the various functions. The design is very sleek and ergonomic. The oven door is very well balanced for opening and closing. The induction feature is the best feature of all. A whole tea kettle of cold water boils in 2 minutes. Simply amazing. My wife absolutely loves this. She missed the gas range we use to have in NY. Where we are now, only electric is the option we have, and the induction feature works like a gas range but cooks much, much quicker. Worth every penny and is a great value for the money spent.

GE needs to make the lighting inside the oven much better. Something this obvious should not have been overlooked. The cook top performance of the GE induction is awesome!!! Much better than gas in my opinion.

We've only had the range for a few days but it is a wonderful product! The induction cooktop is so much better than our old one and cleanup is a breeze. I haven't used the convection oven feature but feel confident it will work well for us.
