AJ Madison delivered damaged goods & and I needed to call GE Service department to schedule a repairman within the first month of installation
1. Doors don't seem to keep closed
2. Icemaker has to be placed higher in temperature because of freezing the drawers and makes them hard to pull out
3 The water dispenser is slow and sometimes is cold.
Putting up with the damaged back of the fridge as I am too fed up with the paying for new stuff and getting stuff that is scratched or not in excellent condition.

I love being able to pick out exactly what I'm looking for online and the free delivery was just the icing on the cake. What's even better, is that this fridge was all I expected it to be. Way cool. Nice looking, spacious, works great, quiet, no quirks. Love it. I especially like the pull-out drawers in the freezer - nice to separate frozen meat from veggies - and of course, a special drawer for ice cream. The water dispenser is a nice commodity and the water tastes good - built-in filter too! The ice maker fills a separate drawer with ice cubes that are never stuck together.
Hopefully it will prove its good quality by lasting for a long time.

I bought this sight unseen....after MANY very unpleasant experiences trying to purchase a fridge from SEARS. I found this one @ A.J. Madison that was perfect for our unsual size requirements. I felt it was on the expensive side but really did not have many options due to our size restrictions. I actually bought a much larger fridge a French Door Samsung for less but it did not fit in our space.
I was not familiar with the company but did a little research to find out more and everything seemed positive so I made the purchase. We had a really tight spot to put in this fridge and overall I think it is great for the size. It does not have an ice dispenser on the front, only water which is a little bit of a bummer but then you have that extra space in the inside which is more important due to the size of the fridge. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and the service but still feel it was priced too high for what you get....
