The unit is every thing we wanted and needed. It makes ice, has filtered water, more room than old model. The modern look and operation is very accomodating. I really cannot say anything negative about the unit at this time. The freezer in the bottom is not as small as I first thought and it will hold about everything we need.

The refrigerator performs exactly as advertised. Nice looking, well made etc. However I am very disappointed to discover that for a refrigerator that is physically larger than my old one, I cannot fit the same amount of groceries in it. It is in how it is designed to store the food. I lost the equivalent of 1/2 of a shelf. This goes for the freezer as well. I thought it would be more organized and spacious, but I can't fit the same amount in the freezer as well. I have had to keep my old refrigerator in the garage to hold the extra food that will not fit. I think I will have to adjust my shopping style and purchase less and make more frequent trips. Other than that it is a very nice unit and I would recommend it but just be aware of the space issues.

We were very limited in the space available for our refrigerator. We originally purchased another brand, but sent it back because it just didn't have the space we needed. This one is the same size, but is much roomier on the inside. We love the cantilever shelves--they offer many more reconfiguration options than other models had. I gave a 4 for performance because it seems to be about 2 degrees different from where we set the temperature, but that might be a thing with all French-door refrigerators.
