We purchased the MovingCool Office24 to augment our air conditioning in a new office. To put a unit in above our ceiling was a $12,500 cost, and this unit was about one third the cost.
Works like a champ - we ordered the hot air return to plenum kit as well..

Although they call this a portable A/C unit, you will need a 240V outlet which aren't that common. It does, however, wheel around pretty easily, although we have a semi-permanent location for it. It does have a good programmable thermostat so you can set it differently on the weekends. It can fill it's water jug fairly quickly, so be ready to empty it daily or get the condensate pump. It blows very cold air with gusto - if you need a 2 ton unit, this should fit the bill well. Seems well made. No issues yet.
