Pros: Unbelievable responsiveness - if something is boiling over, the change in temp control is instant Very easy to install. Flange is great enough to be forgiving. Can select value of "burner" instantly instead of repeatedly hitting +/- on other tops Perfect sized burners Fan rarely comes on but when it does, is very quiet Cons: Ventilation/heat sink height prevents use of a drawer Glass can scratch if sliding a pan back-and-forth 3/26/12
