Once you get used to the "new loading technique" the machine is really GREAT. No worry about what size load to order as it does it automatically. (and this is the low end machine)

This washer is so user friendly and my clothes come out cleaner and with less wrinkles than my other washer. I love that the washer decides how much water it needs based on the load I put in.
