I love my new Maytag washer & all the new buttons on it. I really love that it was made in the United States of America. I have been married for 51 years & this is the 3rd washer (All Maytag), that I have ever owned. The 1st one, 1964, used 35 years & was still running, the 2nd, I inherited from my mother, it was a 1977. Still a good washer when I got my new Maytag washer, I just wanted a newer version of the old Maytag's that I had owned, I knew it would be great, because my 2 other ones were great.

I am a maintenance supervisor, this was bought for one of our residents, she loves it !. we were buying whirlpool dryers, but we recieved complaints that they were noisey. The maytag seesm to be quietier.

I purchased this washer because my front loader was not getting out all of the detergent (I did not overload the detergent) and my husband and I both were having "allergic" type reaction to the detergent (even though we have been using the same for yrs). This machine has a "super" water level which is GREAT!! Now our clothes are not causing us to ITCH and they even smell fresher! The capacity is wonderful, holds lots of clothes and I don't have to do as many loads as before. It is rather noisy, but I can take that over the other problems I had before. I do wish it had a spin control (high, med or low) so I could control the spin level. I think it is a great washer and does a great job getting the clothes clean and fresh.
