Only had it for two weeks but I am impressed. Large loads are a breeze. It's very quiet operating. Appearance. Is excellent. For now I am happy.

Although I haven't had this machine for very long and I've only used it for a few loads of laundry, it seems to be working well and efficiently. I like that it uses less water than traditional washing machines. The presets for water temperature and load size makes it easy to use although I do find that sometimes the water temps for the presets is different than what I would normally use but I've been able to work around that by choosing a different setting. It has a nice large capacity for big loads and comforters, etc. and removes a lot of the water from the load so drying time is less. I wish I could turn off the chime sounds that it makes when you lift the door to fill the load (if there's a way, I haven't figured it out!) Hopefully it will continue to work well and not be high maintenance as is always the concern with appliances!

This Maytag top load washer was an excellent purchase. This washer is very quiet in comparison to our older Maytag Atlantis. It cleans our clothes very well and has a very attractive design.
Customer service with AJ Madison has been outstanding. The washer came slightly dented on the side and they offered 10% discount without any problem. Also delivery service was friendly and very professional.
