We have been very happy with our purchase. The only think I don't like is that the water dispenser does not have a drain or any other holding tank. When we forget to lock it our 2 year old will push the water and it will run on the floor. The fridge is quiet and has plenty of storage. I can't speak on reliability sine we have only had it for two months.

We bought this model because we wanted a good brand, we had limited funds and my wife very much wanted a stainless steel model. The layout inside doesn't maximize storage as well as some other models (e.g., it would be a lot better of the ice unit was entirely in the door so that it didn't take up a lot of shelf space) but it's a good basic refrigerator and looks nice.

Great refridgerator for the price. There is no sound alarm when the door is left open. But that isn't important to me. Love the water, ice, & light in the door. Glass shelves are great for preventing spills & makes for easy clean-up.

We were surprised to see a flaw on the front panel as soon as we took the plastic off. We have since had it repaired under warranty and it now looks great. I have decided that I don't care for the sided by side style and miss my old freezer on the bottom style. I also miss having a small meat and cheese tray which my old refrigerator had. Other than that, this refrigerator is quiet and keeps the food at the right temperature. The crisper trays do not work as smoothly as I would prefer. The water and ice in the door is a nice feature.
