Rated 4 out of 5 by looks clean looked for new energy appliances. Read reviews and it said good things mostly. Noise is not really much more that old unit - was a Kenmore 13 yrs old that i replaced. Wish it had another shelf but i have improvised and bought can containers, and a lazy susan to help use empty space. Anxious to see how it holds up 4/24/13
