Rated 5 out of 5 by A very nice refrigerator It's quiet. The ice maker/dispenser/water dispenser works great and is space efficient compared to some other brands/models. The shelves and drawers are easily moved around so I can maximize useable space to my own needs. The door compartment that holds a gallon of milk can also 2 two-quart OJ containers in addition to the milk. Door bins are deep to hold a lot of items and can be adjusted up or down. I went from a 30+ year old top freezer to this side-by-side. I love the refrigerator compantment but the freezer compartment is narrower than I'd like. However, that's a natural feature of a side-by-side and I was also restricted in the width and height of the refrigerator that I could fit. For its outer dimensions it has generous interior capacity - other than it's narrow. Only the doors are matt stainless, the sides and top are a textured gray enamel that matches well. At first I was disappointed it wasn't all stainless but now I realize it's a great benefit. The stainless doors show fingerprints but the enamel sides always look clean. If manufacturers started offering that gray textured enamel for the doors as well it think it might sell well and be attractive. Stainless looks classy when it's clean but requires effort to keep smudges away. I live alone so it's not much work but a household with more people would present a challenge in keeping the smudges away. I hope the fact that it's a Maytag means it will last a long time. 4/8/13
