Electronics gave out in previous Dacor oven, purchased in 2002. Enjoyed that oven and this replacement includes many desirable upgrades.
Purchasing a new oven thru AJ Madison was a very satisfying experience and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other products with them. Their shipping company was also very professional. No disappointments.

This thing worked for about one year, just long enough to get through the manufacturer's warranty. I have had the front "computer" ($1000 part) replaced two times, and two other computers replaced in the past year - this is only my second year of owning it.
I purchased extended coverage on it, which doesn't mean much. It only means they keep coming out to replace the computer after I wait 6 -8 weeks for the part. I'm afraid there's no hope that they would ever replace the oven. I haven't had a working oven for 9 months now.
But I think I'm giving up - I really don't want another horrid Dacor anyway. You also would think that Dacor might care that their product is not top quality. But they don't. They don't even answer my calls when I call customer service, and they send me scripted email replies because I keep getting the same emails from them.
I would never buy another Dacor product again. Go to their website and check out how many people have purchased expensive Dacor products that have lasted less than one year. Aargghhh!!!!!
Skip the aggravation and buy another product.
