Rated 1 out of 5 It didn't work... We picked this model because of the design of the controls (simplicity; knobs to turn rather than buttons to push) - the person who would use it is legally blind. Unfortunately, it didn't work out of the box [no power whatsoever]. The AJ Madison customer service staff provided great service arranging for the return/refund. 11/16/11
