The cycle worked like a Champ then made ice for a day and then has Stopped making ice. I have tried unplugging for 30 minutes, draining the reservior to no Avail. Glad I have Extended warranty. 6/5/13

We just installed it so I haven't seen any long term results but it looks very nice inside and out except for the grey plastic handle. Not very attractive. I ordered on line and it looked like a ss handle so I was suprised but it's not worth sending it back just for the handle. 2/20/13
