This New York State Cash for Appliances Rebate can be applied to the purchase of a high efficiency refrigerator, clothes washer and dishwasher. <b>You must purchase three appliances to qualify for the rebate.</b>

Proof of recycling is required to receive the full rebate. Terms and Conditions
•   The recycling receipt or confirmation number must be dated February 12th – March 15th, 2010. All applications must be postmarked by March 15th, 2010.
•   You must be a New York State resident and your three new High Efficiency appliances must be installed at a New York State residential address.
•   Your three new High Efficiency appliances must be replacing existing appliances of the same type.
•   Your three new High Efficiency appliances must be ENERGY STAR qualified and must meet CEE guidelines (refer to item 3 of the Instructions on this application for CEE guideline details). Look for the ENERGY STAR logo when shopping or ask a sales associate for help.
•   In order to receive the maximum rebate amount of $555, you must recycle each of the three replaced appliances. Proof of recycling including make and model numbers, must be submitted with the completed application. Confirmation numbers for the NYC 311 hotline will also be accepted as recycling verification for refrigerators only. NYSERDA will contact the NYC DOS to confirm your recycling verification information.
•   This rebate cannot be combined with incentives offered by utility companies or municipalities. However, combining the rebate with manufacturer rebates or retail promotions is allowed.
•   Compact refrigerators (refrigerators that measure less than 7.75 cubic feet) are not eligible under this rebate program.
•   It is the sole responsibility of the customer to download, complete and mail in the rebate form and all required documentation by the given postmark date.

•   $100 rebate on selected top load washer and dryer pairs.

Get a $75 rebate on select Energy Star qualified clothes washers with a Modified Energy Factor (MEF) of 2.2 or higher. Limit one $75 rebate per customer. Applicant must be a customer of one of the following electric or gas utilities: Atlantic City Electric, Jersey Central Power & Light, PSE&G Electric, Rockland Electric Company, New Jersey Natural Gas, Elizabethtown Gas, PSE&G Gas, South Jersey Gas. Unit must be installed in New Jersey. Completed rebate requests must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2010. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to download, complete and mail in the rebate form and all required documentation by the given postmark date.
