It is so quiet, the clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. Best of all the spin cycle, it gets out so much of the excess water that my drying time is cut down dramatically. 5/15/13

The machine is quiet, I love all the different features especially the "Rinse and Spin" option. I have clothing that I do not feel I need to wash all the time like Jeans. Just Rinse and Spin and they are ready for the dryer. Purchasing the HE detergent isn't much more expensive either. I am very happy with this machine. 5/14/13
