I did read reviews and checked on this stove before purchasing....was disappointed in how hard it is to clean...also very disappointed in the "aqualift easy off cleaning" , not true unless it was just a mild little burn on food and you had to do it quickly after or it does not completely come off. I was expecting my stove to stay clean with this technology with just using water, ha....not true I have had to scrub it still!! also taking off all those grates to clean underneath all the time..is a pain, but it is great to cook on with so many burners and it is fast cooking!! that is the good side of it....also to clean the black exterior stove top is very difficult, I got some degreaser and scrubbed like crazy and it does not come off..also used vinegar and water and that seems to work actually better...but still does not cut it...really don't think anything works...I had a white stove top before and it was much easier to keep clean???? what is up with this black exterior?? don't know. other then that love the backing and cooking on it..I just hope now it lasts...spent extra big bucks for it..

This is my first gas oven, and I'm really loving cooking with it. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because of the burner configuration. The large and the extra large burners are in the front, while the two medium and the simmer burner are in the back/middle. I think it would be better to have to simmer burner in the front to make stirring easier.
The extra large burner has a pretty powerful initial flame, and it's true to its name, so just a word of caution...make sure everything on your countertop surrounding it is cleared away before lighting the burner.
Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy it again.

I love to cook even more now that I own my Maytag range. The cooktop allows freedom for placement of different pots and pans keeping everything cooking at once. The oven capacity is huge. I was able to bake 6 loaves of flat bread at one time because of the 3 rack design. The EvenAir convection allows everything baking to bake so evenly and quickly. It's like Meal Mania cooking on my new Maytag range. I love it, it's AWESOME!
