Arrived undamaged packaged well. Installation instructions clear and all parts in the box. One complaint is that the electric starter is poorly designed. When the electronic starter is engaged for one burner all burner fire and the spark is therefore weak

Like the various degrees of heat produced by the four burners. I do wish there was a little more space between burners as some of my pans with double handles cannot be squared onto the burners without touching another pan on an adjacent burner. Also, the flames just go from low, med, & high. There doesn't seem to be degrees in between.
