Rated 5 out of 5 by Completes my new kitchen This stovetop if the perfect compliment to my new custom made butcherblock countertops. It was very easy to intstall. The low burner is perfect for simmering sauces, melting chocolate or keeping food warm. The higher BTU burners are perfect for boiling water for pasta or sauteing veggies. I am sure to save money on my gas bill since there are no pilot lights burning and it takes 1/3 of the time to get food hot. 9/28/09
