I have been very satisfied with my refrigerator. I went from smaller beige to this big black one so the size and color was my biggest adjustment. Occasionally the ice drops down and piles up so I have to open ice maker to get it to get it to separate but that happens with all automatic ice makers that I have seen. I love the size and different temperature zones as well as the door features. I have never had the first problem with any of the problems mentioned in some of the other negative reviews. I am very happy with my purchase and would do it again.

This refrigerator has made my kitchen a lovelier place to be. The door alarm is perfect if you have a lot of children running in and out grabbing snacks. The shelves hold so much food, we never had to worry about 'cramming' things in so all of our groceries would fit.

The installer was nice, but unwrapped everything but the inside plastic. All items in frig froze!
Then the ice water blew out a hose on the top of the frig, which is an odd place for hose access.
Then the thermostat went out. This is all within a year and a half. I don't remember it ever not having a problem!!! No wonder why they discontinued it.
The water comes out of the door dispenser extremely SLOW!

I purchased this product in May 2010. I was so delighted when I discovered that this Refrigerator/Freezer would fit in my small space. I wanted the convenience of having a 3 door Fridge, with water and ice dispensed in the door. I have been thoroughly disappointed since that time. I have had the Service man come to my home three or four times. This ice maker is such a poor design. The ice maker failed many times to make ice, making it necessary for the repair man to install a new ice maker. This still does not work, periodically. I have learned to live with this problem, knowing that eventually the ice maker will work. Don't know what to do - I do not want to have it replaced - I love many of the other features, but the ice maker is a DUD.
