I am happy with this product for the most part, but the storage on the side of the ice maker is limited. The other problem is the ice maker design needs work. When trying to put ice in a glass (wide or narrow mouth), ice shoots out the sides and ends up on the floor. No matter how careful we are, we are always picking ice up off the floor. It's very frustrating.

I am really enjoying the model. I have had side by sides for years. I would like a little more space for condiments, etc. on doors. Wish the selves on doors could be adjustable. The freezer space is so much easier to use.

The only thing that I do not like about the product is the doors, I want them to shut tight and close, and that's not happening!
The other thing is that I would have put the ice maker in the bottom freezer because the ice shoots out non stop everywhere, when you are holding the glass or cup there, but the design is pretty. We purchased off line without actually seeing it!

wish the ice maker operation (dumping a batch and refilling with water) was a little quieter. also wish it was easier to close the left side door (the one with the flap) by itself. overall very pleased.
