Rated 2 out of 5 by Regretting my purchase, absoulutely would NOT buy this oven again. If the key features WORKED this would be a great product. The "8 minute power preheat" takes over 20 minutes to reach 350 degrees. The menu system is unnecessarily cumbersome, and confusing. You THINK you've hit the right START button and you're wrong! The fan is loud but the timer is not! 4/1/13

Rated 1 out of 5 by Fan noise and timer volume should be reversed! I am VERY disappointed in this oven! When you turn the oven on, it immediately turns on the fan and starts to blow air out of the bottom of the oven. So if you are baking much, by the time you are done your kitchen will be like a sauna! The fan noise is annoying. The volume on the timer is so low (yes, I have it turned up as loud as it will go) , that you have to be close by it in order to hear it. This is my second review. They rejected my first. So what does that tell you? 9/15/12
