The Power Center cooktop features a 3,200-watt Speed Heat element and a 12"/9"/6" Triple-Choice element for a variety of high-heat cooking options. EvenAir true convection in the lower oven roasts up to 30 percent faster than a thermal oven and uses Auto Conversion to automatically convert recipe times to eliminate guesswork. Power Preheat allows you to preheat your choice of either the upper or lower oven 40 percent faster than conventional Maytag ovens. The double ovens are terrific, it is so good to have the option to use the upper oven. I can't wait until the next holiday when I do more baking than other times of the year. I will get more done in less time. I highly recommend this range. 4/21/13

The single rack oven is perfect for me baking smaller amounts such as one pizza!! But the double oven is super when cooking larger quantities for a Holiday dinner.. The Convection feature is also a plus when reducing baking times. The triple level burner accomodates 3 sizes of pans; and the super burner heats water very rapidly!! The warming feature of the ovens, as well as the warming burner provides for excellent holdover on food. The cook top is easy to keep clean. This is without a doubt the best range that I have ever owned in 50 plus years! My only regret is I wished I would have had it available 50 years ago when my family was growing up! I highly recommend this range. 4/14/13
