Rated 1 out of 5 by smundy23 VERY expensive Range for quality!
I bought this Range in Nov 2011. In Jan 2013, 1 year and one month later the glass top cracked while cooking. One month shy of the manufacture warranty and Maytag/Whirlpool will not replace the defective glass top. I even purchased the 5-year $180.00 warranty protection plan from hhgregg when I purchased this Range and the plan does not cover defective glass either, only mechanical and electrical breakdowns. The fact of the matter is that the burner is WAY too hot for the glass top... isn't that a mechanical FAILURE???? So after spending over $3,000 on an entire new kitchen of Maytag appliances, I'm am extremely displeased with the defective product and lack of Customer service to help me fix this problem.
I would not recommend this glass top range to anyone who actually cooks because the burners are way too hot for the glass-top to withstand the heat given off by these burners. Truly disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by cooker24 This product is good but has some annoying features. They will bug you over time....
Overall, this is a good product. The burners work. I know a lot of people have trouble with them, but we didn't. The ovens are great, although make sure you fully preheat before you cook anything or it will burn, especially in the upper oven. They seems to take forever to heat up.
My complaints are around things like the lights and the timers. You can only turn on the light by opening the door. And if you like to leave the door open after you have finished baking something (like I do in the winter), plan on having the light on.
The timers also do not work well. I like to check my food as it is cooking. If you set these timers, they beep only once or twice. They also turn off the oven, which doesn't work well for me. I end up using the alarm on my phone, which is kind of sad.
Good product, but some annoying features.

Rated 5 out of 5 So far so good
Speed Heat element boils water very quickly. Small oven heats up quickly. Convection seems to work fine
