This washer/dryer combo is the right fit, size and cleans wonderfully...as long as you DONT fill up the (washer) basket. That's what I don't understand. Large capacity so I fill the thing up and the water level, set to large only fills half way. The clothes above the half of basket mark get no water. And the object designed to agitate/cycle clothes from top to bottom...does nothing. Really not liking that about this product. Large capacity but cant use it all. As long as I don't put a FULL load in it works wonderfully. I know your doing the green/save the planet/prevent global warming and all that PC stuff, but half a basket of water means I need to do 2 loads instead of one. Dryer...no issues at all.

The dryer stopped working within 10 days. Repairman replaced a fuse and explained that I needed to have the outside vent modified to be sure none of the louvers were stuck or partially closed. I needed to replace the cover with a cage-type cover so all dryer exhaust would vent in order to avoid the fuse blowing again. Suggest adding a warning to the manual.
