I purchased this stove to replace a GE stove that was 10 years old. I love the large oven window, as I can see how things are doing without opening the oven door. I have had Maytag appliances in my former home and never had any major problems with them. I will continue with Maytag as a solid company.

Design and quality rated poor because: the drawer is too small and extremely flimsy. It comes off the track when trying to close. Have not needed to clean the oven yet. The surface has become discolored with use, but have noted this in all the stoves I have seen.

I was a bit hesitant that this oven did have a convection feature but having now used it, I have found it bakes very even. The interior is huge and easy to clean and the the speed burner boils water very fast.
Despite being careful, I have already gotten a small scratch on the glass top which worries me a bit, but with a 10 year warranty, I'm confident the Maytag will hold up.
