It started off rough....just after being installed for 3 days the dishwasher stopped working (Easter Sunday totally full)...Monday called for repair they were here on Wed and it was something small didn't take long to fix and I couldn't be more pleased. It works well and is so quite.

I thought my old dishwasher was doing ok, but it was old and I decided to replace it before it broke. I am so happy I did. I was so glad to see how much cleaner my dishes were. It is very quiet, energy efficient and the wash options are great. I am now hoping to replace our refrigerator and am looking at Maytag first.

The dishes come out very clean and well dried (spotless). I would definitely recomend this product to my friends...as far as the sound (decibels) i believe that my expectations were a little higher than they should have been, however, the sound is in line with the product 'maytag"
