Rated 1 out of 5 by 18 months old and it doesn't work Runs 20 sec and doesn't heat at all. Same problem as other reviewer and lots of people on line with the same issue don't buy this microwave it's way too expensive to be breaking this quickly. Other people I read about had theirs break at 15 months, 16 months conveniently just outside the warranty 6/2/13
Rated 1 out of 5 by Expensive and not reliable We purchased the MBES for a complete remodel on 8/31/11. 4 months later, it kept on turning off after only a few seconds. The magnetron and the PC board were replaced. One year and a half later, replacement parts now out of warranty, it is doing the same, now turns off after 40 seconds and doesn't heat up. It is built in but thank goodness I separated the oven from the microwave instead of installing the combo unit. I'll be replacing it with something else. 9/27/12
Rated 5 out of 5 Thermador Microwave We had one of these microwaves and decided to add another, AJ Madison was such an easy purchase! Aaron was helping me on the phone when his phone went out, he waited and called me back on the phone!!Very courteous, answered all of my questions, told me approximately when the oven would arrive. The shipping gentlemen were equally as pleasant. 11/3/09
