Rated 1 out of 5 by Expensive and not reliable We purchased the MBES for a complete remodel on 8/31/11. 4 months later, it kept on turning off after only a few seconds. The magnetron and the PC board were replaced. One year and a half later, replacement parts now out of warranty, it is doing the same, now turns off after 40 seconds and doesn't heat up. It is built in but thank goodness I separated the oven from the microwave instead of installing the combo unit. I'll be replacing it with something else. 9/27/12

Aaron was helping me on the phone when his phone went out, he waited and called me back on the phone!!Very courteous, answered all of my questions, told me approximately when the oven would arrive. The shipping gentlemen were equally as pleasant. 11/3/09
